Paris Hilton can't serve the remaining days of her sentence at home, but has to serve the rest of her sentence in jail.Paris was crying when she was led out of court to jail. It's not clear how many days Paris has to serve. Her original sentence is 45 days, but this would probably be decreased to 23 days due to cell shortages.

Paris Hilton was released from jail after just three days because of unspecified medical conditions. Paris was supposed to spend 45 days in jail. This sentence would probably be shortened to just 23 days due to lack of cell capacity, but three days is really short and not something everybody due to serve a 45 day sentence should expect…However, Paris has to spent the coming days at home to serve the remaining days of the sentence. So no partying for Paris for a while, which is also kind of a punishment for her.
